- "Third Party" shall mean a third party who receives from eSIM4Travel or who is granted access to or is otherwise entrusted with Personal Data to eSIM4Travel.
- "Data Subject" shall mean an identified or identifiable natural person whose Personal Data is being processed by eSIM4Travel.
- "Informed Consent" shall mean any freely given specific and informed indication of the Data Subject's agreement to the processing of his/her Personal Data, when required.

eSIM4Travel only collects data that is necessary for providing and improving our services. We collect: account registration information (name, email address), purchase and order information, device information for eSIM installation, and usage analytics.
We retain personal data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, including for the purposes of satisfying any legal, accounting, or reporting requirements.
